Classification of weighing sensors: The weighing sensor works by converting the gravitational force of the object being measured into an electrical signal to achieve precise measurement. The S-type weighing sensor is mainly used for weighing feed and ingredients. Its major advantages are convenient installation, stability, and reliability. It is generally used in mixing stations.

Bridge load cells are more complex than S-type load cells, primarily due to their different structural design. The bridge type features a dual shear structure design, which is mainly suitable for electronic weighing equipment such as truck scales, tank scales, axle load scales, crane scales, etc.

The cantilever beam load cell is primarily utilized in monorail crane scales. It features a cantilever shear structure and offers advantages such as ease of use and high precision.

As the name suggests, the box-type load cell is shaped like a small cardboard box and made of aluminum alloy. It can withstand significant pressure and can be used to manufacture hook scales.

The spoke-type load cell adopts fully sealed welding techniques, providing protection against water, oil, and even harmful gases. It can be used as a standard sensor and is suitable for various environments.
